Below is an overview of the average delivery time for all of our shipments:

  • After an order is placed, we typically take 1 - 3 business days to process it. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one business day, but if you place an order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a bit longer.

  • Once the order is processed, it will be shipped out and the delivery time averages 8 - 12 business days. We aim to make the entire ordering and delivery experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our customers.

Placing an Order

At Lamerie Capetown, we’ve streamlined the ordering process. Start by visiting the product page and adding the item you’d like to purchase to your cart. Simply click the black "Add to cart" button.

Be sure to verify that you've selected the correct variants. If everything looks good, click "Proceed to checkout." On the next page, you’ll need to enter your address details—make sure they are accurate. Once you've filled everything out, click the "Continue shipping" button.

On the "Dispatch" page, you'll have a chance to double-check your address information. Here, you’ll also see that all shipping is completely free of charge. As a thank you for shopping with us, we cover all shipping and delivery costs.

You can then move on by clicking "Proceed to payment."
