What is the delivery time of my order?
At Lamerie Capetown, we strive to offer you the best products at the most competitive prices. Because we work with carefully selected suppliers who ship directly to you, the delivery time may be slightly longer than what you might be used to.
However, by using this approach, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer our products at great prices. We would like to inform you that the average delivery time is between 14 and 21 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, it’s possible that your order may arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.
If this time period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please send an email to support@lameriecapetown.com.
We will investigate the status of your package for you.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service at support@lameriecapetown.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once that is done, you can send the product back to us via a courier of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, the cost of returns is at your own expense. The return cost will depend on the courier you choose. Please check the website of your chosen courier for more details on their pricing.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is a return period of 14 days. The return period starts the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returning items. You can only return the product if:
● The return period has not expired;
● The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached;
● The product has not been used.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card, and Klarna. If you're unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.
All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment systems, so they are 100% safe.
What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order?
That’s not intended. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@lameriecapetown.com. We will assist you promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send an email to support@lameriecapetown.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and please also mention the reason for wanting to cancel the order.
